目的 验证健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-Ⅱ)中文版应用于国内居民时的信效度水平。方法 选取浙江省3个地区的居民，采用HPLP-Ⅱ中文版对其进行调查并进行信效度分析，采用Cronbach’sα系数和分半信度评估量表的内部一致性，利用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析评估量表的结构效度。结果 量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.93,分半信度为0.89。探索性因子分析共提取10个公因子，累计方差贡献率为55.54%。验证性因子分析结果显示，χ2/df=3.62、GFI=0.88、AGFI=0.85、RMSEA=0.05。结论 HPLP-Ⅱ中文版应用于社区居民时，具有较高的信度，各项拟合指数一般，需要进行修订才能应用于国内居民。
Abstract：Objective To verify the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of HPLP-Ⅱwhen applied to domestic residents.Methods Residents from three regions in Zhejiang Province were selected. They were investigated using the Chinese version of HPLP-Ⅱ, and the reliability and validity were analyzed. The internal consistency of the scale was evaluated by Cronbach's α coefficient and split-half reliability, and the structural validity of the scale was evaluated by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Results The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.93, and the split-half reliability was 0.89. Exploratory factor analysis extracted 10 common factors, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 55.54%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that χ2/df=3.62,GFI=0.88,AGFI=0.85, and RMSEA=0.05. Conclusions The Chinese version of HPLP-Ⅱ had high reliability when applied to domestic residents, and each fit index was general.It needed to be revised before it could be applied to domestic residents.
